Personnel may record an instance of contact (e.g., phone call, email, meeting), create a client record, and add a referral all in one page, including cross validations to prefill information. With this option, at record save, a second streamlined dashboard worklist is auto-loaded, enabling a user to manage client payor(s), add authorization, add fillable web forms, or a whole packet of forms (intake, notification, permission, assessment, etc.), process an admission, etc.
